Sell with Us - Steps to Follow

We are following the vendor model. In vendor model you have the right to decide the price of the products that you are listing in our platform. We will charge a commission fee on your selling price based on the product category. You can find the commission charges for your products on the vendor dashboard in Sleepbee website. Our order management system will send you an email on your registered email id, twice in a day rega rding the order the customer made. You can check the order details in your vendor dashboard also.

Step 1: Provide the necessary details of the organization such as the name, the address and the contact number.

Step 2: To create an account you need to provide some personal details such as your name, email address and mobile number.

Step 3:Read the service agreement policy and if you agree with the policies then click accept

Step 4: After doing step 4 you will receive an email which will contain a link. Click on that link and provide the bank details of the organization.

Your registration process is now complete.

You are now a registered seller on Sleepbee.in. Our executive will contact you to give you further information. For any seller related requires you can contact us on [email protected]

Important points to keep in mind:

Registration

In order to start selling through Sleepbee.in, you need to have the following:

  • PAN Card: Personal PAN for business type proprietorship and personal & business PAN for business type as company.
  • GST Number.
  • An active bank account and supporting KYC documents (address proof and a cancelled cheque).

KYC Procedure

You will need to complete the KYC process upon the successful completion of one of the two conditions mentioned below:

  • 1. Your total business through sales on Sleepbee is equal to or greater than ₹ 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), calculated from the day of your registration; or
  • 2. You have completed a time period of two months as an active seller on Sleepbee.
    If you fail to meet this requirement, your next remittances will be frozen, until the documents are submitted by you and verified by us.
    You may provide any of the following documents for the KYC procedure:
    • 1. GST
    • 2. TAN
    • 3. PAN
    • 4. Cancelled cheque with organisation name
    • 5. In order to sell on Sleepbee you need to provide your GSTIN number after registering
    • 6. In case of not having a landline number kindly provide your mobile number beginning with 0.

1. You can sell the following items on Sleepbee:

  • 1. Mattresses
  • 2. Bed cum sofas
  • 3. Beds
  • 4. Pillows
  • 5. Baby sleeping products
  • 6. Sleeping accessories such as:
    • Bedsheets
    • Bedcovers/mattress protectors
    • Blanket
    • Comforters
    • Toppers
    • Eye mask
    • Neck pillow

Listing of products in Sleepbee is free of charge. You don’t need to pay anything for listing your products on Sleepbee

2. How to upload your items on Sleepbee?
Once you are finished with the registration process, you need to send an email to us at [email protected] with the list of items and their images you wish to list in Sleepbee. Our executive will get in touch with you after reviewing the products.

1. How can I know when a customer makes an order?
Our order management system will send you an email on your registered email id, twice in a day, regarding the order the customer made. You can check the order details in your vendor dashboard also.

2. How to manage the orders?
You can manage your orders on your vendor dashboard in Sleepbee website.

3. How is the shipping process done?
The sellers who are following the multi-vendor model as two options:

  • They can either ship the products directly to the customer or;
  • They can send the products to our hub and we will do the shipping

1. How will I get charged?
You will be charged on the basis of commission. Commission charges will vary according to the products category

2. How do you calculate the commission?
There are 4 factors in calculating commission they are:

  • Platform fee: It is a fixed percentage of sales value which changes according to the product category
  • Shipping and handling: It is a fixed percentage of sales value which changes according to the product category. If you do the shipping by yourself then you don’t have to pay shipping and handling charges
  • Payment gateway: It is a fixed percentage of the sales value will be charged for payment gateway.
  • Marketing fee: It is a fixed percentage of sales value which changes according to the product category
  • Service tax: It is 18% GST + 1% TCS of the commission amount and it is applicable for all the above factors.

3. How can I find the commission charges for my products on Sleepbee?
You can find the commission charges for your products on the vendor dashboard in Sleepbee website.

4. How is payment done and when will I get it?
You will get your payment on a weekly basis. All payments will be done through NEFT transaction.
